Where are you based?Our team is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, but our services extend globally. While our main production hub is local, we also collaborate with several production partners worldwide to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?300 units for all products. The larger the quantity you're interested in, the better the price we can offer. We are flexible.

Is delivery free?We provide complimentary delivery within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. For areas outside of this region, we utilize third-party shipping services. You have the option to choose cash on delivery or pay upfront, and we'll handle the shipping arrangements for you. Rest assured, we strive to ensure a seamless delivery process regardless of your location.

I need my packaging ASAP. How long will it takes?Absolutely, we understand the urgency! Our fastest production lead time is just 3-5 days, ensuring your packaging is ready when you need it most.

Can I make changes to my packaging design after placing an order?Once an order has been placed and the design has been finalized, it may not be possible to make changes. What are your payment terms?For orders below RM1,000, we kindly request 100% payment upfront to proceed with the order. For orders above RM1,000, we require a 70% deposit upon confirmation of the order, with the remaining 30% balance due before dispatch or upon delivery. For larger orders exceeding RM50,000, we offer flexible payment terms tailored to your specific requirements. Please contact our team to discuss your needs and arrange suitable payment terms.
